Return Policy

• The Replacement request must be made within 3 days of purchase. 
• There are no extra shipping charges for the delivery of replacement items if the product is replaced within 3 days of sale.   
• In case of a replacement, our logistics partners will attempt delivery of the items twice. In case the delivery is not executed during the two attempts, due to the recipient not available / premises locked, etc., the customer shall still be charged for the cost incurred.
• Pre-Owned  / Refurbished Devices shall only be eligible for returns or warranty if notified by the seller at the time of sale.
